Fix two factor auth specs for 14.3 patch 3

What does this MR do and why?

This fixes a test failure. The tests fail because the patch doesn't include a factory change that was needed for spec/features/profiles/two_factor_auths_spec.rb to pass. The factory change is included in 086303a7
