Improve chart zoom usability for Contribution analytics

What does this MR do and why?

This MR implements a data-based zoom configuration for the bar charts appearing on Contribution analytics, i.e., the more items items are shown in the chart, the smaller the default frame will be. Thus, less items will be visible at once and there will be more space to scroll.
