Fix misplaced secure product metrics definitions

What does this MR do and why?

It is follow up to review suggestion !71722 (comment 695768518)

Out of 9 metrics for secure products two of them were wrongly placed in CE directory while those are only present in EE edition. This MR adjust their definition to match implementation
