Update Kubernetes integrations spec metadata

What does this MR do?

Updates metadata for qa/specs/features/browser_ui/7_configure/kubernetes/kubernetes_integration_spec.rb:

• add :orchestrated metadata as it spins up k3s docker image
• remove :smoke as the spec is failing consistently with #342310 (closed) and it's already excluded from Review Apps smoke and doesn't block deployment since it has :skip_live_env. Open for discussions on this.
