What does this MR do and why?
Related to #334101 (closed).
This splits Snowplow Guide doc page into multiple pages to make the content easier to navigate. Implementation details are moved to Implement Snowplow tracking page and Snowplow schemas to its own `Snowplow schemas' page.
Links to the new pages have been added to the main guide for access to the content before adding the new pages to the left nav.
