Update branch name to use monospace
What does this MR do and why?
Based on a discussion in Slack (thread), a change was made to document the guidelines for monospace type gitlab-org/gitlab-services/design.gitlab.com!2555 (merged). This changes adjusts the font selection to align with Pajamas.
Removes the monospace class from All branches, and adds it for specific branch names instead for status checks and merge request appproval rules.
