What does this MR do and why?

This MR fixes the compliance framework labels not being readable on light or dark background colors depending on the theme.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. You need a GitLab Premium license.
  2. Follow the documented instructions to add a compliance framework.
    • Pick a really light background color
  3. Add the compliance framework to a project in Project > Settings > Compliance framework.
  4. Switch to dark mode theme and verify that the text is still readable.
