What does this MR do and why?
We have a high likelihood of having incomplete trial data entered into the gitlab_subscriptions. Even in our own specs, we often just include the trial_ends_on timestamp and omit the trial_starts_on one.
This MR aims to be flexible & lenient with that likelihood, especially as it relates to the Trial Status Sidebar Widget.
