What does this MR do and why?
Removes "Download" and "artifact" text from pipeline artifact download dropdown items to prevent unnecessary wraping an increase readability.

How to set up and validate locally
- Go to /Commit451/lab-coat/-/merge_requests/2 and click on the pipeline artifact download button
- Go to /Commit451/lab-coat/-/pipelines and click on the action button of one of the bottom three pipelines
