Remove "Access expires" column from group/project members list

What does this MR do and why?
Related to #332643 (closed)
Removes Access expires
field from group/project members list. The expiration date is already displayed in the datepicker input so there was some feedback that this was duplicate information. By removing this column we also free up some extra space in the table that can be used for more important information (such as Last sign-in
