Add a note about 1k cloud native RA environment

What does this MR do?

Adds a section to 1k reference architecture page about cloud native hybrid. Current recommendation is to follow 2k hybrid as smallest hybrid environment with lowered node specs.

Additionally adds line to architectures overview to add more viability to cloud native installation guide.
