Add missing quote to Create Debian distribution API example

What does this MR do and why?

This MR updates the documentation to improve the API call for creating a Debian distribition. The example is missing the closing " character and will lead to an error without it. This was brought to my attention while working on a ticket that is available to GitLab team members with access to Zendesk.
