Merge boards Apollo Client instances for boards [RUN AS-if-FOSS]
What does this MR do and why?
Merges Apollo client instances between board VueX store and the sidebar.
Fixes #336540 (closed) and allows the sidebar to have more up to date data when the user manipulates cards on the board.
