Update intake DNS for datadog integration

Adrián López Calvo requested to merge AdrianLC/gitlab:datadog-integration-update-url into master

We need to update the internal URL for webhooks due to internal changes on our side.

Only the new one will work for new Datadog data centers but it's backwards compatible so we do not need a data migration to update current settings.
