Prevent opening sidebar when clicking on board card title

What does this MR do?

Fix the following bug: On any board, when clicking on the title of a card, the sidebar opens right before getting redirected. It also opens when holding CTRL to open the issue or epic in a new tab while it shouldn't.

This MR prevents the sidebar from opening in both cases
