Remove tier badges from analytics docs

What does this MR do?

Recently the analytics documentation was changed to remove tier badges from specific features and display tier badges on the headers, however some of those badges were incorrect. This removes them in favor of relying on the feature-specific documentation to explain the tier. So this fixes incorrect information, but also future- proofs this documentation against changes in feature tiering.
