Fix broken image for runner templates

What does this MR do?

This fixes broken images for the ci_runner_templates experiment.

Can be tested locally by visiting http://localhost:3000/${your_group}/${your_project}/-/settings/ci_cd?ci_runner_templates=true#js-runners-settings and clicking Deploy GitLab Runner in AWS
