Resolve "Improve MigrationHelpers to support the PK migration - STEP 3"

What does this MR do?

In this MR, we are adding a new method to the MigrationHelpers.

restore_conversion_of_integer_to_bigintz - is responsible for adding back the temporary columns and the trigger
