Update knapsack QA report with the latest results

What does this MR do?

The MR updates master report with the latest test duration times for specs. Pulled the data from Staging QA job and master ee:instance jobs.

In the last few months few more E2E were added and some of them were promoted to reliable. With this MR we should hopefully see improvement in test distribution.

There is an issue to explore automating this report - #13042 (closed).
