Docs MVC of how the new Gitpod feature works
What does this MR do?
This is not a pretty MVC, but it gets a bare minimum of all the access methods for the Gitpod integration into the docs. A follow-up is needed to garden an explanation into the merge request docs, as well.
Related to !43352 (merged) which merged on Friday.
