Updating the Source Editor to behave in WebIDE
What does this MR do?
Introduces the Markdown extension for the markdown files in WebIDE.
Technically, this MR equalizes the behavior of markldown files in single-file editor (in repository) and in WebIDE. Most noticeably, both places now support the live preview when editing the markdown files.
