Enable `assumeImmutableResults` for boards selector

What does this MR do?

As a part of our Apollo 3 migration, we decided to set assumeImmutableResults to true on pre-application basis. Thie MR changes the setting of boards selector application

How to setup and validate locally (strongly suggested)

1. Go to the Issue Boards
2. Create at least 2 boards there
3. Try to switch between them and make sure there are no errors
