Fix SimpleOrderBuilder undefined method error

What does this MR do?

This MR fixes the bug reported in #338019 (closed)

Note: not user-facing. The bug is reproducible when the new_graphql_keyset_pagination feature flag is enabled which is currently disabled by default.
