Introduce `ActiveRecord::Base.gitlab_schema` indicator
What does this MR do?
This parameter allows to define a model affinity
in relation to other models without having to hardcode
whether this is main or ci.
This makes the cross-joins, cross-modification, foreign-keys, relations discovery based on tables modifying multiple schemas instead of checking if tables are CI or non-CI.
This has no production impact as this is purely a virtual separation of concerns.
