Add note about invalid version error

What does this MR do?

When a user uploads helm chart with improperly formatted version, the chart does not appear in UI, and the validation error is only shown in the sidekiq log (see the issue Helm chart version validation error is not clear to users when trying to add helm chart to the Package Registry).

This MR adds information about the error message and the version syntax requirements to the docs.
