Move audit events promo illustration and update text

What does this MR do?

Fixes a ~bug where the illustration was being displayed to the left-hand side of the text. Also, refreshes the UI text

How to setup and validate locally

1. Deactivate any GitLab Premium or GitLab Ultimate license
2. Open any project
3. Go to Security & Compliance > Audit events
