Remove deprecated button and dropdown deprecation notices

What does this MR do?

This MR deletes gl-deprecated-button and gl-deprecated-dropdown from the pajamas dangerfile now that they have been removed from GitLab UI (from v32.0.0 and v25.0.0 respectively)
