Draft: MR towards CI decomposed on CI

What does this MR do?

This adapts CI configuration to use main: (a verbose DB syntax) for DB configs. Otherwise the name primary: is used.

This should be merged as soon as relevant changes in Omnibus are merged to ensure that Omnibus is tested the same way as in CI.

This syntax is already used in a development environments via GDK/GCK.
