Remove unused association code from DAST models

What does this MR do?

removes unused dast relations to support the ci sharding efforts. when someone needs this they can evaluate the performance of their specific circumstances. we're trying to be pragmatic and spend less energy solving future possible problems.

this merge request started as !66709 (merged) and was broken out because it was blocked.
