What does this MR do?
This MR adds the compliance framework labels to the group-level projects list. The label I shown on every project list but this one, so this completes the feature by adding it.

Setup & testing
This feature requires at least GitLab Premium
- Go to
[HOST]/[GROUP]/[PROJECT]/edit#js-compliance-frameworkand select a compliance framework - Visit
[HOST]/[GROUP]and check that the framework is shown
