Migrate clusters integrations checkbox to gitlab_ui_checkbox_component

What does this MR do?

Related to #336686 (closed)

This migrates the GitLab UI checkbox in app/views/clusters/clusters/_integrations.html.haml to gitlab_ui_checkbox_component.

Steps to test

1. Go to a cluster
2. Click on the Integrations tab
3. See the two checkboxes
