Add remote tunnel variable for e2e tests

What does this MR do?

Adds tunnel capability to Sauce Labs as part of gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com#11567 (closed)

When a remote_grid variable is set, it automatically specifies a Sauce Labs tunnel to use. This allows us to test against local environments/containers.
