Added linked pipelines to commit box on commit [RUN AS-IF-FOSS]
What does this MR do?
Added linked pipelines (downstream/upstream) to mini pipeline graph on the commit box info section. This allows users to easily navigate to any triggered pipelines and see how their pipeline is behaving as a whole.
