Fix missing amount in Contribution Analytics

What does this MR do?

Contribution Analytics does not display closed merge requests. When closed merge requests exist the Total is larger than the sum of the columns. That looks like a bug.

This adds a "Closed MRs" column to the Contribution Analytics table, so the sum of the columns always equals the Total column. (We also considered adding a help tip to the Total column, but simply showing all the data seems like a better solution.)
