Geo: Remove usage of single node roles from the multi-node doc
What does this MR do?
Removes usage of single node roles from multi-node doc.
Also:
- Fixes usages of "node" that should be "site"
- Adds guidance on how Geo sites should be named in
geo_node_name - Replaces "DB" with "database"
- Adds more context to the usage of
geo_primary_rolein the Geo database replication document
