Add Cloud Native Hybrid instructions on 5k users RA page

What does this MR do?

Changes:

• Adds 5k hybrid environment guidance based on the performance testing in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/quality/reference-architectures/-/issues/22#note_620007178 and gitlab-org/charts/gitlab!2075 (merged).
• Revamps 5k architecture diagram:
  • Removes Redis Persistent/Cache components from larger HA environment components
  • Collocates Consul and Redis per 5k docs
