Add Gitlab::GithubImport::Logger with default values

What does this MR do?

1. Add Gitlab::JsonLogger#default_attributes - this can be used by subclasses to create default attributes to be logged, like feature_category
2. Add a default feature_category: :importers to Gitlab::Import::Logger
3. Create Gitlab::GithubImport::Logger with a default import_source: :gitlab
4. Replace the Gitlab::Import::Logger by Gitlab::GithubImport::Logger within the github importer files
