Fix typo with event listeners in DAST Configuration UI

What does this MR do?

• This fixes couple of event names in DAST Configuration UI. I missed updating it while refactoring !63529 (merged)
• Add more test coverage so it doesn't happen again
• Changes are behind feature flag
