Global Search - Recent Groups/Projects
What does this MR do?
Closes #239384 (closed)
This change hooks up the Recently Project and Group data that is currently being stored in localStorage and managed via Vuex. This is the final MR related to this effort. More can be read here: #239384 (comment 615815939)
This change also adds additional sorting logic to take into account when the item was last used.
