Resolve "Show warning if no .git in the URL when importing Repo by URL"
What does this MR do?
Related issue #331641 (closed)
Adds a warning when you are trying to import repository which does not end by .git
Previously it was a validation error, but according to customer feedback - not all repositories in the world end with .git, so now it is a warning :)
