Pass uploadsPath and renderMarkdown function to Image extension

What does this MR do?

This MR passes an uploadsPath parameter to the Content Editor’s Image extension. uploadsPath is a URL that points to an HTTP service that allows uploading files. It also passes a renderMarkdown function that converts arbitrary Markdown into HTML
