Dynamically resize Zuora IFrame to prevent zero size in some cases

What does this MR do?

Another attempt to fix https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/334112

Let's manually set the Zuora iFrame size to stop it from zero size on internal resize events.
