Clarify wording in Web interface re: 'skip outdated deployment jobs'
What does this MR do?
There is a slight discrepancy between the docs and the GitLab web interface where Skip outdated deployment jobs is concerned. This MR seeks to update the Web interface to match the behavior described in the docs about Skip outdated deployment jobs.
This change was prompted by a conversation in a support ticket and is similar to the change merged in !63795 (merged).
