Update Python example so that it actually works

What does this MR do?

I tried to use this document to add coverage to the diff section of MR and it didn't actually work. I did a lot of searching around and eventually found this solution. Rather than having others have to do the same search I wanted to update the documentation so that it works on the first try for anyone setting it up with a Python repo.

No real screenshots... just suffice it to say that without my changes I didn't get an actual output in my diff view of the MR and after these changes I do.
