Rename private and spec methods to integration [RUN AS-IF-FOSS]

What does this MR do?

This is a sweep to rename things that have been missed in earlier MRs, mainly focussing on private methods and specs.

As a backend only ~"technical debt" MR, no changelog entry is required.
