Add upvotes field to issues index
What does this MR do?
This MR introduces an Advanced Search migration to add the upvotes
field to the gitlab-production-issues
index. We have approximately 8m documents. With throttle_delay 3.minutes
and QUERY_BATCH_SIZE = 5000
it would take ((8_000_000 / 5_000) * 3) = 4800
, which is 80 hours (~3 days).
