CI_PRE_CLONE_SCRIPT does not work on Windows

What does this MR do?

This merge request adds a note at the end of the Pre-clone script section of the Linux Shared Runners, to mention that the CI_PRE_CLONE_SCRIPT variable does not work on Windows runners. This is to make it very clear to the users in case they miss the title refers to Linux.
