Fix redirection for DAST Scanner Profile

What does this MR do?

This fixes a regression during refactor of Scanner Profile in DAST by

• Removing unnecessary destructing of the factory params, as the destructing is already done in the factory function.

Notes for reviewers:

• there's similar implementation for Site Profile - https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/blob/master/ee/app/assets/javascripts/security_configuration/dast_site_profiles_form/index.js#L23-27
• To prevent such instances in future, we will be adding feature specs
