What does this MR do?

• Removes the invite_signup_page_interaction experiment.
  • mostly a revert of !60939 (merged)

How to test locally(GDK)

1. Invite a user by email to a project or group(ensure rails-background-jobs is running in gdk).
2. Open letter opener
3. Click Join now and open in an incognito window
