Geo Nodes - Takeover geo_nodes namespace
What does this MR do?

This change is a follow up the removal of the feature flag via #296986 (closed)
Now that we are live without a feature flag we need to remove the beta phrasing from the codebase. This involves renaming the directories geo_nodes_beta => geo_nodes. This change also removes any words/variables that reference beta.
